Bio food Products leading the way as Eelco Weber say that sustainability is not only on doing thing the greener way but is also about people, the community you are in, accepting gender balance because things like this matter a lot.
Katarzyna Evans, a sustainability consultant with Three Palm Consulting also added that Bio Food Product is the first company to use bio-degradable compostable packaging.
Dr. Chris Kiptoo Principal Secretary for the ministry of environment stated that sustainability creates value for diverse stakeholders and that as a country, we are adopting to the circular economic approach that will enable us to reduce waste, re-use waste, and recycle waste. To mitigate and adapt to climate change for the next 10 years, the government requires $62billion to which it is committing to 13% while the balance will be relied on international sources.

With recycled content going into new packaging, we don’t need to use virgin material every time. Not only does it reduce our import demand, but we are also able to create jobs locally and create an entire industry around it. Joyce Gachugi who is the country manager of PETCO said that by 2030, 70% of all PET will be collected recycled, and incorporated into new packaging.
